Villa Sinilepo is located in Savitaipale and consists of a former village school complex comprising three residential buildings. The property has been offering accommodations since 2025, and all three houses are available for lodging and can also be booked individually.

The two-hectare property features a forest, a children's sandbox, and a soccer field. The main building also houses a former school gymnasium, which can be adapted for a variety of uses depending on the clients' needs.

Its large capacity makes Villa Sinilepo an excellent choice for larger groups, camps, and hobby groups, but it is also perfectly suited for families and solo travelers. Over the years, Villa Sinilepo has hosted work groups, dance enthusiasts, families, and participants in local events, among others.
