What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 12:00 p.m.
Do I need to bring my own linens?
- No need. The accommodation includes bed linens as well as hand and bath towels, provided by the house.
How do I get into my accommodation?
- Either the hosts will be there to let you in, or key pickup will be arranged on a case-by-case basis
Are pets allowed at Sinilepo?
- As agreed, you may bring
How is parking arranged?
- The parking lot is large, and parking there is free
Do I need to do the so-called final cleaning?
- No need. You don't have to make the beds. However, we would appreciate it if the apartment weren't left in a state of chaos after your stay and if, as a general rule, you put your trash in the bins.
Is the wood-fired sauna available to all guests?
- As agreed, the wood-fired sauna is available for use by all guests
Is smoking allowed in the Sinilevo area?
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors, provided you use an ashtray.
Can I invite my own guests to the accommodation?
- Please notify the host in advance if you plan to have guests or host a party, for example. If the number of guests exceeds the original number of guests specified at the time of booking, please consult with the host.
I would like to make a reservation for my company. My company prefers to pay by invoice; is it possible to pay for the accommodation by invoice?
- Yes. Check availability on the calendar, but do not make a reservation yourself. Instead of paying, please contact the host by email at info@sinilepo.fi. We will make the reservation for you and send you an invoice by email.
I would like to organize a camp, a course, or another event in Sinilevo. How do I go about it?
- Please contact us at info@sinilepo.fi, and we’ll work with you to put together a customized package for your event, including accommodations and any other additional services you may need.
